Help identify this boat Please

I know the pics bad as my digital took a poop so this is a Phone pic but any ideas who made this little 13 foot speedboat and when?Thanks for any input you can give even if it is a guess...

home made? Kit? looks like fun. The "old timers" on our river used to make boats like that.

If it is plywood, it may be a PM-38. That was the designation given by Popular Mechanics magazine when they offered a set of plans for a 13 footer back in the early 60's. I bought the plan-set but never built one. FYI, PM gave it that name because back in those days they estimated you could build the boat for $38.00 in materials! Good luck!

It might also be a Glen-L design. Specifically it looks like a Bullet.
