Yes, my wife Jenn wears a plate at night to relive her TMJ and it is painful for here when it acts up. Good call JB.<br /><br />Well, JB is not a Dentist......... but I bet he stayed at a Holiday Inn one night!!

Hope you get better soon,my wife has severe tmj and has to wear a special fit mouth guard,its a very painful thing,she wakes up screaming and crying alot.hope you get better.

No that would be him If I had a dream I was sparring. I tell you wearing it to spar and wearing it to bed. Is two differnt things. I hope this wont last long<br />serenity
