Help fing these drains

I am looking for (4) of the cockpit drain tubes that attache to the floor of a late 80's Sea Ray. (I'm assuming they used these on several model) I took a picture of ones on my 88 300 DA. I need them for an 88 300WE. (look to be the same) They appear to be a simple. low-profile fitting, but having a heck of a time finding. They are not a mushroom head, nor are they have a recessed head. Anyone have a source? The first picture is one someone tried to make from PVC pipe. No, it wasn't me!

If it were only that easy.....
The one I need is fairly simple, but hard to find.
Small head, @1.25"-flat, to a 3/4 hose nipple or thread...
