Help finding replacement parts for my top.

I dont know the make of the top but from what Ive seen at the dock its fairly common. Any way these pieces are begining to break one by one here and there. And I want to get some new ones. See picture. Its the plastic piece in the end that connects each rod to another. it measures 1 3/4 long the eye part is just over 7/8 and the diameter of that goes into the rod is about 3/4 .

your awesome. i really had no idea where to start looking. thanks a million. I thought for sure it was a dead end since the top has to specific tag on who made it.
