help determining steering cable length

Is there a way to determine what length of steering cable to get without removing the old one first

most of the time the old cable length is printed on the cable sheath

thanks for pointing me in the right place, I saw that after I posted. But if I can get some help with the measurements. Here is what I got.
A - 14", B-75", C=35" +6" = 130" or 10.83 feet. Do I order an 11' cable or 10' cable??

If you order a 10' cable, won't it be 0.83' short or almost a foot?
