HELP/ Can.t find water waste Cap anywhere

I'm restoring a 1987 Saearay 270DA and having hell of a time finding replacement caps. Originaly manufactd by Wilcox Crittenden for brunswick/searay in 1980's and is out of business
Measures OD top 1 5/8,OD threads is 1 1/2 and thread count is 13. Many caps out there but have wrong thread count. Need 13. tried salvage yards and current manufactures with no luck. Changing the deckfill is not an option due to the placment on the boat.

it is back by the transom door at the corner.

ah.. so its not that it 'can't' be changed, but is just in a real awkward pita stupid hard to work on spot correct? :lol: Why do you need replacement caps, messed up threads or? They look ok in the pics... that cracked o ring should be an easy fix/replacement

Thats my ater cap and is same size as waste cap. Bea a real sob to change
