So i took up the flooring and found lots of dry foam..there was about less than a half inch or water saturated at the bottom of the foam and that about decreased the further away from center i got..there didnt seem to be much at all...this is the lowest spot other than in the enginge compartment near the stern..so i am assuming if there was going to be lots of saturatred foam it would be in this area.
So i took out all the foam in that area and replaced the floor.
However i did not have a chance to check the core..all my thru hull fittings are ver hard to get at..any other suggestions?

I would check those stringers out if not done already. My last boat had a cabin full of water, and the stringer under the aft cabin had rotted.
