h20 pump maybe?

Last weekend took my lower unit off to check on things. Now I fired it up yesterday and no water out of the peehole. Anybody got any ideas on where I might of messed up. I take to criticism very well lmao. It's 68 keickhafer 1100 ss if that helps

If you are on "muffs" in driveway water should be coming out of the prop and the vents above the anti-cavitation plate, if it is then your tell tale tube is plugged or not attached.
The water tube might also not be in the pump housing there is a small guide tube that helps align the two.

There is a long copper tube coming out of it too I kinda figured that's what it was....that it didn't seat all the way up in
