what are your legal actions if in your car surrounded by a mob beating on it. No door opening, no window breaking...... just a lot of yelling, kicking,
this happened, right?..all you have is your handgun.....
Hand on horn, vehicle in drive, and if that isn't enough...4x4. I might feel a bump as they go under the vehicle.ok....question...

Sounds like you really need to take a self defense course in your state... Then you can hear about all the legalities... Opinions are just that, you need to know what the law sez...ok....question...

That is actually a tough question. Too many factors and unknowns to give you a definitive answer. I can tell you though if you just run over people you will be sued and you may be prosecuted. If you shoot someone even if justified and in self defense you will be sued and you also may be prosecuted. I tell people who are getting their concealed carry permit if you ver have to discharge your firearm no matter what the circumstances it’s almost 100% you will be sued by someone. Be sure to carry cow insurance. As far as prosecution it depends on the circumstances and the DA. As previously stated you really need to take a self defense or cow couse.ok....question...

First thought that comes to mind is immediately start recording it. Give fair warning with the horn and verbal that you are going to proceed with moving the car. At least you be able show in court they were able to get out of the way but chose not to move after the warning. If you draw your weapon and fire your screwed.ok....question...

Your home owners or car insurance would not cover you if you are charged with a crime. That’s why people who conceal carry should have special insuranceThis may be dumb but who here does not have personal liability insurance in excess of a million $? Not a homeowners policy and expect to be covered but personal liability insurance. Not that it would change ones behavior.
