GPS Antenna

I have one question someone might be able to assist me on. I have a Garmin 128 gps unit i just purchased. It did come with an antenna, but will a shakespeare 8 foot tall antenna that is for a cb radio, hook up to it, are the connections the same. The reason im asking this is because i ordered it online and havent received it as of yet...
Looking forward to your thoughts on this one.

A VHF/CB antenna is entirely different than a GPS module. It would work just as well connecting it to a toaster

yeah unfortunately I don't know of a combined antenna for marine/CB/GPS use as of yet, in the automotive world amfm/gps/cell combined antennas are pretty common now days..
