got spark with kill wire off switchbox what do i do now???

removed the middle wire on the left side "kill switch wire" GOT SPARK what does this mean is the switchbox bad can i just keep this wire off and run the motor.

got a spark when i removed the kill wire from the switchbox. can i run the motor like this or what needs done.
