Got 3 millions?

[gonefishie]

If I have 3 millions to spend I'd definetely spend it on this pad. I will never leave home beside going to work. My idea of paradise.

Large lake? Looks like a mid sized pond to me. Here in Kansas 100 acres is a hobby farm if even that. Maybe I'm just spoiled but we have about 1100 acres 4 ponds and a private lake lot. I would be curious how big that pond is. Canlt be that big if its only 100 acres total. Come to Kansas and you can get land for about $2500 acre easy if buying in qty.

Re: Got 3 millions?

Forgot to mention in the previous post that it is extremely beautiful. For where I'm at the price would be high. How does it compare price wise to similar comps? If $ where not a issue I could see myself falling in love with that property.

If it's way out in the sticks it would be cheaper but it's in the suburb. A place like that in say CA or CT would cost 10 times as much. They had me at lake and boat launch.

Wow as I get older.....I see way too much maintenance there! Grass cutting, leaves that will fall...... I will keep my 3 million (if I ever get it ) So for now I will stay broke and stay with the "pack" here on iboats!

Nice house!

In this market you could probably pick it up for around 2.2 million. It's way out of my price range but It looks good to me.

Re: Got 3 millions?

The interior shots don't look like a home, more like best western motel.
I could do a lot better with a lot less.

Re: Got 3 millions?

It's not the house that is interesting. Anybody got a bunch of money that you don't need? Another fellow iboater in need here.
