Going up to the Finger Lakes

Any tips? We're going up a week from Saturday, to Waterloo, NY, and I'll be fishing on Seneca and Cayuga Lakes, mostly towards the northern ends.

What're good rigs to use? Good lures? The better boat ramps to get to the best spots?

I know, I'm asking for all your secrets! I'll take what I can get, 'cause I've never been there, before!
