Looks good. The 3.0L engine has been around for a long time, and so has the Alpha I Gen II drive.
Here are the online manuals, might as well get started reading up on the maintenance.

You are definitely moving up, from OMC to Mercruiser, and the next big step will be to Volvo!! Looks like a decent boat, especially if it is not rotten.
