Going crazy with this motor need help

I have a 1995 mercury 115 2 storke the old 2+2's it sounds great out of water and just muffs but it won't plane out and I have replaced all filters,lines fuel pump,stator and had carburetors rebuild timing check and cables adjusted it's goes up to 3000 rpm' at full wot trying to plane out I have got it to plane out 2 times but then trying to give it more Throttle it starts spitting and sputtering ???

Being a 2+2, i suspect the cylinders are not lighting up

Compress is great and good spark with new plugs

It feel that way but not sure how to check that I have 2 mechanic they a d to fix it but is been part changing so far

127 to 130 and nice pink spark

Does spark jump a 7/16" gap? Pink doesn't sound good

Well isn't Orange but both mechanic's said pinkest blue

Have somebody drive while you squeeze the primer bulb when trying to accelerate. If that has an impact look closely at the fuel pump. You state you replaced the fuel pump. Normally people install a rebuild kit that's gaskets and diaphragms.

Checked for cylinder sleeves out of position ???
