Is it possible? To replace the lower drive on a Yamaha 250hp 2 stroke with a Bravo drive to get to a two (2) prop set up. Idea is to 2 props will provide more thrust.

You might get more traction if this was in the Yamaha outboard section - message a mod and they can move it.

That being said, I don't see anything on Yamaha's website offering dual prop on their outboards. I don't think this is going to be anywhere near as easy as simply dropping the outboard leg and installing a bravo lower unit....going to take $$$$$ in R&D, engineering, fab, etc.

IF it were me, I'd be dumping the boat and buying one with a bravo outdrive as it'd be cheaper.

It would be cheaper for you to sell what you have and buy what you want

The money and time it would cost to mate a Mercruiser bravo drive to a Yamaha would be more than a complete new boat

Not to mention lugging an outboard would kill it

Yamaha made a duo prop 150 outboard. Maybe try to find one of those.
