Glue on mount?

I want to add a fish finder to my boat.
There are no holes in my transom except for the speedo pickup and i don't want to add more!
Anyone one have a idea on what i can use as a mounting block and i assume 5200 to glue it on

Here is a good thread which gets into the same issue and what folks have used. If you do decide to drill holes later, drill the hole larger then needed, then fill with marine tek. Ones dry, drill through marine tek to install screws and use 4000

does your ladder go low enough to mount it to the bottom of bottom step and run the wires back through the aluminum tubing?
