Glue for kneeboard pad

Hey y’all,

My neighbor is pretty awesome. He sold his boat years ago and is now slowly cleaning out his garage. Gave us some kids skis and a knee board. Both are in great shape minus the pad (foam covered in nylon) for the kneeboard which is separating from the board (epoxy) itself. Looking for glue or adhesive recommendations that can withstand some marine environment abuse.
