Yea I am petty pleased !! the humidity is down to just over 50 % so I am going to hit it , I was just out there and she is dry !! I am going to give it another hour !!! so number four tonight !!! John

Hi all

well I was trying to get to the red today but didn't make it !! what else is new !!! LOL the white Is like glass where we hit !! And that is where I have to tape !! We got it all sanded where we got to tape her for the red !! Then when she IS all Painted I am going to sand her one last time !!!

So get her taped up tomorrow and wait for the weather , is supposed to rain for the next two day !!!$$#$%^^&$#@#@@$$$ lol so it dont look like red till sat !!!

MAN When I whip her down and she is all wet , its like looking in a mirror !!! I will get some pics tomorrow !! John

Ok all lets start with the white , It really is turning out sharp !! Once you get past the orange peel it just shines !!! it shines before you take the orange peel but now Its really Petty !!!!!! Was thinking yesterday if this is semi gloss Man that red is really going to POP !! more on that in a Bite !!

The white really cover well after the fourth coat !! I would recommend it !!! Ok heres some pic's I took this morning before the red !!

if you look on the very top of her you can really see the shine !!!

Ok here's the Best part !! the red . well rust-oleum should call it Blood Red !! She sure is Red !! I like it, And I was right yesterday . it all ready POPS just with one coat , the reflection in it after one coat is just awesome !!!!!!!! Ok here's some pics !!


This frist one I just can't get over !! I swear guys , this is just the frist coat !!!

In this next one you can see the water bottle that i use to wet sand in the reflection !!! this is just too cool !! LOL

this one is just the light in her !!

and this one is the hole thing !! can any one guess what her Name is going to Be ?????

Hay all i just got done getting coat 3 on there !!! man it just keeps getting better and better !!!! but she is going to take one more if not 2 to 3 more coats !!! well see in the moring !! I got enough paint for one more coat so it looks like i got to order one more on line . ture value will take a week to get it here !! and i not going to wait that long for it !!!

so one more tommorow after work !! and i will get somemore pics then too !! John

Well got coat 4 on her last night , didnt get done till after midnight !!! Man she sure is Sweet !!!! I did get pics yesterday, But my puter died so the wife got to up load them for me !!!

I think She Is Done !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and Jeff , [ thanks Buddie ] were on her for a good 6 hours just hand sanding all the Orange peel out of the white only , the red is was still wet , well not wet so much and damp !! lol just in a few spots , so we just stayed away from it !!! all of the starboard side on top is done to the red and 1/2 of the port , and most of the bow !!!!!!!!!!!! So tomorrow going to hit the touch ups and put a 3 coat on where the jack stands were under her !!!!!
Ohh where I let the roller get away and it ran into the white , well I hit them with the 2000 grit on the nematic and there gone !!!! it was really cool how they just disappeared !!!

Hay all

Well got some sanding done on her today had some trial and errors today, the reds is turning out great !!! I coulpnt wait I did put a 3 foot section of wax on the white, Man she is going to shine , shine , shine !!!

Ok spent the better part of the morning sanding all the oarnge peel off the white on the starboard side and got the sticker on !!!!!!! Man the color Matchs great !!!!!!!!!

OK Guys and Gal for use that are still home here some pics for yea , the bottom has two coats of wax, The reflection in her is oooohhhhh sssoooo sweet !!! LOL

I am waiting for higher up's to tell me that the new I boats stickers are ok so it might not be till next week before i post that !!

but the hole thing is really starting to shine !!!!!look at the reflection I am getting with just two coats of was !!!!


this frist one is the starboard side , look at the tool boxs the chair and the work stand !!!!

this next one check out the light of the car in her , you can strat to count the fins in the grill

this next is the red in the bow , and this spot has 4 coats of wax !!!!
