Pulled the motor from my 2nd parts boat to swap in the SC since it’s better… the outdrive didn’t come out so easy and when it did come out, the gimbal bearing is galled and seized on the driveshaft… anyone ever see that before? I know that I didn’t put enough pressure to actually pull the gimbal it had to be somewhat loose

It’s rusted to the driveshaft not loose in gimbal housing. Typical of boat that have had water in bellows and sat

Gimbal did have a little water in it so I guess no surprise.
