Ok I found the speedo hose it looks to b stopped up where thee water goes in. Whats the best way to clean tht port hole out

You also indicated you couldn't find the "Electrical Forum". Well -- you posted your question IN the "Electrical Forum".
If you click the "Electrical, Electronics, Audio, and Trolling Motors" selection in the main menu you are IN the Electrical Forum. You then click the "Stickies" at the top of that page for all sorts of tips and procedures.
Finally, before you post a question about issues the very least you can do is get a little familiar with the boat and its features. Stick you head under the console and look at the back of the fuel gauge. If wires are missing or connections are loose, those are obvious problems and help folks help you. We cannot see your boat so you need to provide details about what you did, what you didn't do, did things ever work, etc. Help is in the details, details, details.
