Maybe someone else will have a clue.Rebuilding a 2008 sea fox 17.2. Getting gas fumes in the center console. Anybody have any ideas? Bad vent hose, tank leak? No gas showing up in bilge.
many times the tank is under the deck and you have to cut the floor out.Well that’s going to be challenging. Have no idea where the tank placement is nor how to get at it.
No, inside the center console. I think I may have solved the problem by replacing the fuel filler and vent hoses and clamps. Not an easy task! Thanks for the response.Find out if your tank is foamed in. If you have a leak and no gas in the bilge there are most likely bulkheads surrounding the tank. You said "Getting gas fumes in the center console", do you mean cabin?
