Additionally, the merchant portions of the website have been updated and are now operational. . . . Check out iBoats for all your boating gear.
Take out the screws and pull it up. If your lucky there will be enough slack in the fuel line to do that and the clamps will fit through the hole. If not be prepared to stand on your head and tear the boat half apart to get to it. Might think about putting in new coast guard approved fuel fill hose while your at it, 10 years is about long enough for that hose to last and it might not be approved for alcohol use.

started at 7 this morning and finished at 8. it took about 45 min.to change filler alot of tugging and come on babies.
