Seems to me I just recently responded to this, but ...<br /><br />Your Gamefisher (Sears) boat was made by Meyers Boat Co - Adrian, MI and they have been making really good aluminum boats for decades. Excellent boat and, if it's the model I'm familiar with, a Semi-V that you will get lots of use from and enjoy.<br /><br />Your engine (also Sears)was made by Force which has a checkered reputation. The 9.9, however, appears to be the pick of the litter ... relatively trouble free and strong running.<br /><br />Parts are available either through Sears or your local Mercury dealer (since Merc bought out Force years ago.<br /><br />It's a good all around use rig, but particularly for skinny water fishing.<br /><br />Around here that rig would go for between $800 and $1000. ...
