this is a one of a kind boat. VERY SHARP LOOKING 90' FOURWINNS HORIZON 220 (23FT.LOA) HO 350 motor, 4 barrel holly carb, cobra drive, SEATS 12!! must see! cosmetic interior repairs needed eventually, can be used as is. price reflects cond. as boats with these specs start around $6-8k. partial trade for 4x4 suv/ext.cab or sell. buyer pays all title transfers. i don't know the hours of the boat. it is clean and look to be very low. prior owner had 2 boats so one would assume the use was low. this was $40 when new. 2 owner boat! and have most all maintenance and service records.
this will need the following to be back to new:
3x7 center section of floor replaced around hatch door areas between stringers, (weekend project) )))
4 pcs. of plywood upright supports for console and bow seating. templates there, just needs duplicated. (also done in same weekend)))) CAN DO ALL WORK FOR FLAT RATE!
1 back to back seat bottom wood replaced.
above rub rail buffed out. (dull)
belly tank drained and filled with fresh fuel. (we used temp tank to test)
drive fluid filled( drive was repaired and re-sealed where needed by former OMC engineer.) have all receipts for drive rebuild also.
motor oil changed
battery will be needed
all the new parts i have to be installed ie: (some common seasonal maintenance items)
water pump
speedo trip lever
thermostat
there is other small inexpensive misc. repairs needed
i had this boat in the water end of 09' season and it performed fine. i've replaced and fixed what was needed to test run the boat and this is all it will need to be a minimal $8k. boat.
hull below rub rail is still somewhat shinny and stringers are solid and in good shape. all around very solid and rare ratings as far as i can tell, there is nothing out there with these exact specs. especially for my price.
the trailer is in great cond. and features a removable tongue for tight storage! it will need the hitch receiver w/ surge brake control replaced. (cheap atwood part) has temp on it now for hauling.
