QC, you've never heard the Omni drive?
Came after the Alpha, and Bravo....
Merc wanted to build a compact, affordable economy drive, so it came out with the Horizon, and Omni drives...

16 foot skyboat 4 sale it ran last year but it broke a part & my coz fixed the part but it needs to be but back togeter as alot of things goes with it like skys and other 500 obo as the trailer with it

I am guessing the cost is not really for the structure, but for the slip. I don't know Texas, but in NC slips can go upwards of 100K.

I've seen slips here go for $400 a month and that depends..on where and how big. There is nothing special about Lake Whitney to warrant that kind of cost. And that add was for a house boat not a slip, lol

Why $100k are you buying the slip for life?

Heck we have moorings at Catalina Island here that go for $250K. No slip, just a mooring, and I think it is a 100 year lease.

Included are the boat hull, all the hatch covers, mounting hardware (stainless steel screws), a hub for the steering wheel (no steering wheel included). and the trailer. The boat needs everything, starting with new carpet. This is a project for the serious craftsman. The trailer is beat up and has a badly bent fender, a loose winch, and is rusty in places. Tires will need to be replaced. The trailer does have new lights and wiring, and I towed the boat home from Richmond so I know it pulls OK. The hull of the boat is watertight and in perfect condition, structurally. There is one small soft spot on the floor in a location where it probably will never pose a problem. There is one place on the hull that has been hit (by a falling tree branch) and the fiberglass is damaged . . . it is almost unnoticeable and not a structural issue at all . . . I don't think it warrants concern, or necessarily needs to be repaired. A metal trim piece could be used to cover it and make the boat look snazzier. The point is, the boat is in excellent shape . . . but it is not perfect. It will be necessary to build a cover for the rod holder compartment (the original one is deteriorated, but is provided to use as a model.) Also included are a few through-hull fittings and a new drain plug assembly. Good titles for boat and trailer............
