i jut bought a johnson sea-horse 10hp. about a 60's to 70's motor the tank with it is a 2 line tank you prime it on the top of the tank, but the tank dont fit right in boat bought a plastic tank from walmart 6 gallon want to know if it will work?
The 2 line fuel system (presurized tank) hasn't been used since around 1958.<br /><br />If your engine has a fuel connector that incorporates 2 lines and a locking prong, you cannot use a single line fuel tank unless a fuel pump can be installed.
