How do you check if your fuel tank float is working properly? I have a 1987 Thundercraft (Canada) Starflite and it has an built in fuel tank. How do you change the fuel tank float?
You change the sender as an assembly. You use an ohm meter to verify operation of the sender. 240 ohms empty, 109 ohms about 1/2 full and 33 ohms full.
