I have a Mariner 115 two-stoke (1983) with a 13 gallon fixed tank. I had a cracked primer bulb that would not stay all the way hard. I replaced the fuel line and primer bulb with a Moeller replacement. The bulb is still not filling to the rock hard feel I remember. Should the bulb be hard or does it really matter? I have not had the boat in the water yet, but It starts up and runs fine in the driveway with no real "load" on the motor. Any ideas? -Thanks
