Fuel Leak question

Greetings, I finished a restoration on a Johnson QD-16 and after a bit of trouble shooting, it runs perfectly. My only minor problem is I have a small fuel leak which seems to originate around the high speed needle. I did install a new carburetor kit with new packings around the needles. The packing nut is tightened down to where I can still move the needle, bu tI do not have much travel left before I will be maxed out. Should I add a third packing washer? This is not a major leak just a minor messy one.

Thanks and thank you for all your advice in helping to save another motor from the melters!!

Put the third packing washer in and see. Worth an effort. But also tighten down on the nut too.

Thanks fellas, I'll try tightening the packing nut a bit more, If that doe not do the trick, I have extra packing washers so I'll add one.I also tightened the glass bowl bracket up as much as I could also.
