Fuel issue on Bigfoot 60hp?

Bigfoot 60hp runs great at dock, can throttle up and run against dock in gear with no issue. On the water the engine bogs and stalls above idle speed on the lake.

similar problem, replaced high-pressure fuel pump and it went away but now it is doing similar. What was your resolution?

If it’s the original era model, clean the carbs thoroughly with a ultrasonic cleaner, then make sure they are set up, as per spec
