Force 85 Bad remote control

Hi, I have a 1984 Force 85 On a Bayliner Capri. The control box is very weird to mount to the boat and want to know if there is any universal box that might work for these motors.

The crew holes stripped and in order to get it in place i have to make a weird hole in the plywood i was looking for something that i can just mount on top of the plywood unless you got a trick for mounting them
