Well, it contains info dated back to pre first Gulf War , so it's likely to be dated and fundamentally of little threat in reality.

Still it points out the dangers of politicizing the national security issues, or of not having a reasonable set of checks and balances in place and where one political idealogy dominates the debate

C'mon, guys! You have to at least pretend to be fair.

You know had this happened on Clinton's watch, or a Democratic Congress, it would have been treated as the end of civilization as we know it.

Since it was done by Rebubs, it is greeted with yawns, or in attacks on the NY Times for bringing it to light.

Let us dicuss "fair", shall we? No WMD, right? The times article clearly states that the website had detailed data regarding nukes, nuke construction, and a definite NUKE PROGRAM, the files of which, were there for aqll to see.
Let us be fair, by all means, PW. You admit that sadamn had WMD -- do so soon, because it bores JB and I (for two), to tears.
