Guess I can mention this now....since the bush fires down south, we have been keeping quiet on this topic.
Our State of Queensland is quite large by anyones reckoning...I think it is actually bigger than Britain...anyway, we have had a lot of rain over the past months, and last week it was announced that 62% of the entire State was under water.
See frequent videos shots on TV news, taken from thousands of feet up, and for 360 degrees to the edge of the horrizon, all you can see is brown flood water....and as the plane fly's on, the scene never changes.
It is a pretty amazing sight.
Farmers think it great, coastal and isolated towns are enduring a nightmare.
They think it might make its was to Lake Eyre this time, so that will be spectacular if it fills.
