first time boat refit

[kaizen builders]

i fell into a new hull, deck, center console and t top. all stripped from the molds last year. company out of business. bought them with the idea to build/fit the boat out. i have a couple of marine mechanics, one with boat building experience, the other primarily works on motors. i am in need of reference books for building a boat. any suggestions?

the project boat is as follows

21' center console
hull type: fiberglass - with stringers, no transom
deck type: fiberglass/plywood core
center console: fiberglass
t-top: fiberglass

I would first see if you could find someone who got a completed boat from the business before it went out of business. To give you a better idea of how all the systems work together
