Re: First remodel..... 76 lund 14 foot

Well as of now, i got the front deck cut and sitting in place.. I went with 5/8" and im thinking I may have to figure out how to get the carpet to slide under the brackets... I know I can bend them up just a bit and I think it will be perfect.I was also conservative with my measurements and have a 1/4" gap or so all the way around the plywood deck, I think the carpet should fill that just right though. Next up, cut the two hatches, add a little more support and a lip around the hatches so they do not fall in. Im also going to brace the backside a bit in case I ever feel like putting in a seat base up there for the kids.

This is where it sat yesterday, just glued down the main piece of carpet waiting for it to dry as we speak. starting to really like the looks of it and looking forward to the outside getting done!

Well here it sits as of today, couldnt find hinges locally so I need to run to the local metro area to find some in the next few days., Now I can turn my attention to the back bench, and building some side box's and wiring in some electronics. 1396835_10151623176136920_1274490245_o.jpg
