Hi all.
Well i have been lurking around here for a long time, love to look at boats from the 50's and 60's i find they had stile compared to today's lake and river boats.
So i have never owned a boat but have had a few different canoes over the last 30 years fished out of em on some fair sized lakes and rivers, but we getting
older and the body don't like no more.
So got me an old fiberglass boat whit trailer and (junk motor) for scrap money.
Will redo boat as a open deck fishing boat. The thing came whit the original 1965 Johnson 40hp electromatic outboard but it was scap - not one internal part would move,
it sat to long whit no plugs out side under a three. the replacement is a 1965 sears elgin 20hp tiller (west bend) that runs if a bit hot and rough, but it will do for now.
Just as a reference aluminium boats of even old vintage and beat up got for way to much money around here.
