AND I'M BUMMED I can't do any lifting until Monday and then restricted to 50 pounds. At least I'll get to go back to work,,,,,hopefully. I need to repack my tri-axle trailer bearings, clean out the bilge, install rear deck fridge, and a few other things. All a no no. Sure sucks to live on a route that you boss uses frequently. I could check out the fresh water system, but lower 20's is still in the future forecast. Son in law is working (Grrrreat!) finally. He did help me earlier in the week getting the outdrive and engine oil changed. Did the bellows, checked the impeller, and took the drain plugs back out. Sorry to rant,,,,,thanks to this site,,,,,I'm not totally bored....Thanks...SS

just tinker away on it and do some little stuff. Im waiting for a fuel tank to come in and have nothing to do untill then so ive been cleaning and polishing the fiberglass, as well as sanding and varnishing my teak. also bought some more so i can lay down some strips on the deck (add some flavour to it). but just doing little stuff like this on the boat keeps me tied over untill the weathers nice enough to go out, hopefully this weekend.

i've taken on a little service and repair work, work like heck, then twiddle my thumbs, waiting for parts.

we've been getting a few respectable days here too. today was nice enough. 58-60 or so. felt hotter though. good thing too, me and the boy did a alternator R&R today on his toy truck. had to take the radiator out to go get it... oh well. done and sent him on his way with his cloths laundered, a full belly, and a batt. idiot light on the truck that hopefully won't come back on.. usually his truck breaks when it's about 0* out with high winds. so today was a blessing... better today than the forcast for sun. here. 10-12'' of snow with 40mph gusts of wind... hope that don't happen... i'm tired of snow and high wind...
oh, i'm waiting on the summerizing of the boat so far. nebraska weather is not to be trusted in early spring..

Forecast now for snow on Monday and Tuesday, very possibly a measurable amount. Did get my slip all paid for, new curtains that you can't see through finished and hanging. Sorry dock mates no show this year 14 days and a wake up and the season begins for me

Greetings all 16c in Scotland today,unfortunately I was stuck in work. Hope to take boat up to Loch lomond on Saturday for first outing on the water this year,wish it was tomorrow.

SS my man hope you feeling up to par soon don't rush it! It was great here in northeast Ohio to today. But unless our fellow Iboaters have'nt lived in Ohio they will never understand that today it was 60 or so but tommorrow it will snowing or be 20 and 50 or 60 the next day. I don't care tommorrow I.m breaking her and the buffer out tired of as tashasdaddy says "twiddling my thumbs" being laid off sucks for the lack of a better term.
