Federal Fishing License?

Used to be here..when you reached 65 the fishing license only cost you 4.00 instead of twenty something. So...the year before I turned 65 ( last year !)... They changed that. Now there is no cheap seniors fishing license....but it's FREE if you are 90 or older... Ahh....I don't know anyone 90 or over that is still CAPABLE of fishing! Story of my life!

In Iowa we can get a lifetime license at 65 which costs a little less than 3 years regular fee. So if you manage to live past 68, you're home free.

Ya.....a lifetime license here is not not going to be a good deal! I won't get my money's worth!

I think in Georgia, once you reach 65, fishing licenses are free. But I am sure once I get there, the rules will have changed. :facepalm:

That is why I would never buy a life time license at my age as well.
