Herman is a good quick laugh. I don't have time to read the funnies anymore. I just like quick, to the point comics.

B.C. and Dilbert. I hear Dilbert was inspired by a large west coast telephone company, but could as well have been by the upper management of the last big outfit I worked for. B.C. can get really profound from time to time. Far Side did have some good ones, too.<br /><br />Not a strip, and not always illustrated, but Patrick McManus is a absolutely hillarious outdoor writer.
