Fast Start feature

I have an 85 'Rude 90hp. Does this motor have the Fast Start feature mentioned in J. Reeves' WOT throttle setting in the FAQ's? If so, how do I disable it to set the WOT timing?

if i'm not mistaken, no yours does not, newer ones do.
