Fair price on Merc 65HP??

Could anyone advise what a fair price on a 1984 Mercury 65 HP outboard with the remote controls and gas tank is worth, I think it has power tilt but I am not positive. The guy said it runs fine he just upgraded to a bigger engine, Thanks

What is the serial no. on that? Something isn't matching up.
