Sorry, late to the topic , was on FB posting what I had for lunch .. 🙃
I use it mostly on the AOMCI section just looking at old outboards guys have or are selling .
That and getting a chuckle or two from Micky’s post . Lol!
I have found stuff and sold stuff on MP . It’s a tool basically.. I like the specific groups like the Wagemaker and recently joined Chris Craft group .. 😊

I only use Facebook for the market place now, but only my wife’s account. Had to delete mine about 2 years ago. It started worrying me a bit of all the old posts and such folks were digging up to get others cancelled, and fired. In this day of woke thin skin, and my saucy comments from time to time, shackled with the ever present mortgage payment looming, I quit social media. Honestly it was pretty liberating if I do say so. Between this and the Ford Truck Enthusiast site, I have all the social media I want now!! Love boats, love Ford diesels….

I'm on a few FB groups . . . Mercruiser, Formula, Cruisers 338, boat restoration, boat/auto upholstery. . . . some are better than others.

I do get a chuckle out of the folks with carbureted engines asking about 'the computer'. :ROFLMAO: . . . . Cooling system and Winterization topics are always popcorn binging . . .

Aint that the truth, sometimes I think they are more interested in u hearing their music, then showing what the title says.

Yeah, you tube has been a life saver for me at times when I need a good vid of how to fix something, but the loud music drives me nuts....I must be getting old!
