f225c lower unit

i have a bad seal (under water pump) i removed 4 bolts,(BELOW WATER PUMP) how do i get the assembly out to replace the seals?, THANKS FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS

Tap it with a punch and hammer in a sideways motion to free it up. Spray with penetrating oil and then pry it out with a screwdriver on each side. good luck.

thanks, i will try that, there just is very little "pry" points to work off of,i was hopeing of a magic answer, i'll get it

i got it out, used two small vice grips to grab the bolt holes, and had a friend hit the lower unit with a rubber hammer, now to get the seals out
