Hi, I bought a 05 Tahiti 192 with 05 F150. I have been cleaning up previous owners wiring mess and it appears the engine alarm/buzzer is missing. I have a couple of questions that I hope you guys can help me with.
Is It common not to have an alarm for this engine?
Is the alarm for water temp and or oil pressure?
Any idea what color the wire for alarm is?
Is it hard to hook up water temp and oil pressure gauges for this engine?

It is highly uncommon to not have a warning buzzer.

The alarm in a four stroke is for over temperature and low oil pressure.

The wiring color to the buzzer is pink and black. Pink is battery voltage. Black is for the ground. The buzzer has battery power when the key is on. The ECU applies the ground to activate the buzzer.

Adding the optional water pressure gauge and sender is a piece of cake. Adding an aftermarket oil pressure gauge is a bit more involved.

Is there info somewhere on wiring in water temp and oil pressure gauges on this motor?

Won't the gauges come with instructions? If you only ordered the actual gauge, you're pretty much screwed.

I need to know where to install the sending units specifically for F150
This Site has a Parts breakdown diagram and places to order, if not the Crowley Marine one does. Shows IF there was a oil pressure sender or just a switch.

You will need to craft a T fitting so as to get oil pressure to an oil pressure sender.

No to the wiring being installed.

With a Yamaha temperature gauge and temperature sender the sender has the wire attached to run to the Yamaha gauge. I have no idea what the Faria temperature gauge and sender consist of.

Yamaha does not offer either a mechanical or an electrical oil pressure gauge. You will have to design and create your own.

Did you ever confirm that you have the warning buzzer included with your key switch?
