Exhaust manifolds

Just wondering if anybody has replaced their old end riser exhaust manifolds with center rise on a 5.0 or 5.7? If so what all was involved? I am replacing my engine and see a lot more options for center rise manifolds vs end rise.

I am pretty sure that's a common kit you can buy. I think eBasic power has them.
