Exhaust bellow

Help, I have a 1982 mercury inboard 140 hp. I have tried and tried to put the exhaust bellow on but cannot figure out how to do it. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to get this thing on there is no room when I go one way or the other to put the other side on. I sure hope this is not going to be difficult. thank you in advance for your help and input.

Ayuh,... Ya glue, 'n clamp the transom end, 'n use a bellows expander to pull 'em out enough to glue, 'n clamp the drive end....

The bellow expander is a tool that reaches inside the bellows and pulls it backward onto the drive. They cost some money, but if you are Macgyver you could make one.
