evinrude 200ho exhaust heating problem

[Fi have a 2005 evinrude that the exhaust gets so hot it melts the hub out of the stainless prop.it has developed a large crack on the lower end on the exhaust part they sent me a kit to install to put water in the exhaust jacket .Has anyone had any experience with this problem.ONT.this motor will realy perform it is a 200HO engine serial #05080975.i also had problems with theright bank,it over heated and scored the cylinder wall,only one side.warranty would not cover ,they said that evinrude unlike other manufacturers would not transfer to second owner. none the less why did only one side overheat.

never heard of such. i would think the aluminum would melt first.

What the model number there was a service bulletin on that problem..

The model is a 2005 200 ho,i think it is not an e-tech it is atransition motor between a ficht and e-tech.The cerial # is05080975. how do i find out if there is any bullitens on this motor. thx.
