Spark sounds a bit weak. Your serial number for your engine is a number short, could you check it out?

Couple of things come to mind. One could be the terminals on the coil are rusty/corroded and not making good contact. Another could be the coil is faulty. The high tension lead could be going bad. The points could be pitted, corroded or mal adjusted. Bad condenser going to point set. Inadequate voltage coming off the resistive coil wire that connects to the "+" coil connection. Bad rotor button. Just some things to think about.
