Re: Engine Overheat buzzer

::::::::UPDATE::::::::

Just to let yall know what happened with my situation. I started at the fuel tank.

1. Checked the pickup tube for blockage
2. Replaced the nipple off the fuel pickup, and added an anit-siphon valve.
3. Checked all hose for any collapse/pinch/rot and any thing smaller than 3/8" ID.
4. Added new primer bulb
5. Changed fuel filter
6. Replaced thermostats on both sides.
7. Added more gas, mixed at 50:1, and went for a test drive.

No buzzers going off, ran great, and had a fantastic 'outboard trouble-free' weekend on the boat with the new girlfriend. Thanks everyone for all your help!

PS: My best guess of what caused the problem, would be a bad primer bulb.

Re: Engine Overheat buzzer

And that would lead you to believe that it WAS a fuel restruction warning....no?
